This puppy is believed to be in good health, to the best of ourability and knowledge, at the time of this sale.
This puppy has been vet checked by a licensed veterinarian, and has been given a clean bill of health.

The customer upon receiving this puppy has a health guarantee for one year against any congenital defects.
The new owner is encouraged to take this puppy to their vet of choice within 48 hours of receiving above said puppy.
This allows the new owner to confirm that this pup is of good health. In the event that this pup should have a
LIFE THREATENING defect as found by the new owners veterinarian, then this pup is to be returned and will
be replaced by one of equal value when available. A letter should be provided by the attending veterinarian
giving evidence as to the puppy's illness and be willing to discuss his/her findings with the seller's vet, and
forward any lab tests to support his/her findings. Where upon the puppy will be returned within the 48 hours
of receiving said pup. Weak tracheas and inguinal hernias are not considered life threatening.
Nor is hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, luxating patellas, ringworm, parasites or anything that may be
easily remediedThe seller will not return any moneys that have been received for said pup.The seller
assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises, including medical expenses or mortality.
It is further understood and agreed that no implied warranty as to size and color has been made with
respects to selling this puppy, except as set forth in this agreement.
